Q: What is the difference between the trial and full versions?

A: The trial version includes Microsoft, Apple & Sun Microsystems symbols.  The full version includes 2000+ stocks and exchange traded funds (ETFs). 

Q: When I click on the ? for help, on the main screen, I get the message "Hyperlinks can be harmful to your computer and data ...".  What does this mean and what should I do?

A: This is Microsoft/Windows being cautious about viruses.  In this case, it is ok to click 'Yes', then you will see the help document.
